Are you on any sort of medications that would affect your skin (including birth control)?
Have you had any reactions to any skincare or ingredients before?
Do you have acne prone skin?
Are you able to come in for treatment or strictly virtual?
Are you pregnant or breastfeeding?
Have you been using or have you used products with alpha and beta hydroxy acids like glycolic and salicylic acid?
