When purchasing from Artisan of Skin, you have the option to create an account or check out as a guest. An Artisan of Skin Account allows you check your order status, order history, and manage your customer profile. Products
The airless pump on some of the Jan Marini & Artisan of Skin products helps increase the longevity of the formula by keeping it air tight and free from bacteria. We recommend priming the pump before using by flipping the product over and lightly hitting your hand against the bottom 5-7 times to release any air bubbles that may have formed inside. You can do this before you begin using the product, or if you think any air bubbles have formed after using the product.
We ship samples with a paid consultation or product purchase (while supplies last). We are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged or missing.
No. Artisan of Skin products are never tested on animals. We support alternative, cruelty-free methods of safety testing.

ORDERS
If your tracking information is not showing any movement or updates, please text or call us at (424)280-6221, or email us at info@artisanofskin. Please note in periods of high order volume your order may experience additional delays; this does not necessarily mean your package is lost.
If your order arrives damaged or if a product is leaking, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Please send your order number and photos of the damage to (424)280-6221, or info@artisanofskin.com.
Due to our fast fulfillment processing, please reach out to (424)280-6221 via text for the fastest response to change or cancel your order. We will make every effort to help make any modifications for your order, but we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled or modified.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase from Artisan of Skin. If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product and it’s eligible for return, you can start your return request within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. Please note that all skin care devices, international orders and products where more than a quarter has been used are not eligible for return.
Devices including all LightStim handhelds and the Professional Panels are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.
We do understand it may take a few tries to find out a product isn’t a perfect match for your skin. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products where more than a quarter of the product has been used.
We are not responsible for personal damage to an item, if an item has been dropped, spilled, stolen, etc. We cannot accept for refund.
If you purchase your item from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance, we unfortunately are unable to refund or replace your item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to Artisan of Skin. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four (4) weeks to allow for the time required by return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email or text with the details of your refund and issue it in the form of payment used to make your purchase once your return process is complete.

SHIPPING
Depending on where you live in the world, your package may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes imposed by the local customs office. These fees are not included in the original transaction as Artisan of Skin does not control these fees nor can we predict what they may be.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding your country’s fees, duties and taxes and when they may apply. Artisan of Skin is not responsible for customs fees.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. In the event your order tracks as delivered but you have not received it within 1 business days from this update, please let us know — we’re here to help! We ship orders via USPS. International orders ship depending on your delivery location and selection at checkout.
Your order generally ships from Beverly Hills, California within 3-5 business days after making your purchase.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
We’d hate to see you go, but you may cancel any time after your initial minimum commitment of (2) shipments. (For complete terms see “How does the Artisan of Skin Subscription work?”) Once you’ve cancelled your subscription, your credit card information will be deleted and you will not receive any more orders.
In the event you want to cancel before the initial commitment of (2) shipments is met, you will only be charged for the difference between the regular priced product and full priced product.

No need to worry about renewals — we’ve got you covered! Your subscription will remain active until you cancel. We bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase plus applicable tax and shipping based on the method you initially selected on your first order every one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), or six (6) months depending on the frequency you selected when you enrolled in the subscription.
Subscription orders will ship automatically until you cancel. By selecting subscribe and save, you are authorizing us to charge your card automatically for future orders at the frequency you’ve selected. Depending on the quantity and frequency the actual cost of each order will vary. Shipping prices are dynamically recalculated for each recurring subscription order at the time of processing. If you live outside of the Continental USA you may experience higher or lower shipping prices for subsequent subscription orders after the first.
We want to offer you a convenient way to save on your favorite Artisan of Skin product (plus, all other brands we carry), up to 15% off for each item. Some subscription items may exclude discounts. All discounts are visible on the product page and in cart when a subscription item is added. By selecting the Artisan of Skin Subscription, you’ll enjoy a discount off each bottle! Simply sign up once, choose your shipping preference, and you will never have to worry about running out again.
We will send you one bottle of your preferred Artisan of Skin product at your selected frequency from the date you subscribed and bill your credit card with no hassle to you. By signing up for this subscription, you are committed to a minimum of two (2) shipments, which is equal to two (2) individual payments each totaling the fee stated at purchase + shipping and taxes.
If you choose to cancel before the minimum (2) shipments, you may be charged for the difference between the regular priced product and full priced product.
PLEASE NOTE: Changing the frequency of your subscription will NOT change your next shipment date.
